Hi. My name is Paul and I want to be your web hosting service provider. When I say I want to be your provider, I mean me -- personally. That's right, if you have a question or a problem, I will be here to help you resolve it. No thick accent to deal with, fairly limited geek speak, and you won't get a kid on the other end of the line who treats you like an ignoramous because you don't know what TCP/IP, POP or PHP means.
You see, I'm not just selling you hosting - any provider can do that. I'm selling you me. I want to do my best to help you succeed online in this area.
I have been building websites since 1995 and managing my own servers since 1999. I've seen lot's of web developers and hosting providers come and go. They tried to sell hosting as simply a product and not as a service. They tried over-selling their servers so that you are promised a ton of server space and extras for a tiny dollar amount, but you are crammed onto a server that can't possibly handle the number of clients on the server and you end up with poor server performance.
I work closely with a team of professionals who have manage and maintain my server 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
